Warranty
Our products carry a lifetime manufactures warranty against defects on the cabinet and extent of O.E.M. warranty on the movement.
We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Glass has no warranty either expressed or implied.
Damages due to misuse or mishandling are not covered.
Returns
Items purchased from our "Selected In Stock" models will be accepted for return up to 30 days after delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping & insurance charges.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items purchased from our "Create- A- Clock" models are custom and are non-returnable.
Shipping & Handling
All clocks are custom made to order.

- Stock Models 7-10 Business Days
- Create-A-Clock 4-6 Weeks
We ship UPS or FedEx Ground Services within the Continental United States, Signature Required. Faster delivery service is available upon request.
Products are shipped from PA and/or NJ.
Shipping is a flat rate of $39.95. All parcels are shipped insured, cost of insurance is included in shipping charges.
All shipping damage claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery, Please keep all packaging material for inspection by shipper.
No Post Office Box deliveries.
How to Purchase/Order
You may choose one of our available "Selected In Stock" models, or go to our "Create-A-Clock" section and build a clock that best suits your needs.
For "Selected In Stock" models click on item, a description of that item will appear, put that item into the shopping cart and submit your order.
To "Create-A-Clock" click on the desired item, an interactive design feature will enable you to build, change and view your custom clock before you buy.
